You have access to peak information, route descriptions, route maps, route photos, trailheads, plus real-time user-contributed peak condition reports. Many 14er routes are far away from cell phone service but this app provides the information you want when you're off the grid.
You'll also be able to track your hikes using the Location Services included on the map. To record tracks, the app requires use of your device location data, including while in the background, to plot your desired tracks. To use the tracking feature, the app will clearly ask your permission to use your location while hiking.
