This Anxiety Test is designed to help you evaluate the severity of your anxiety with just seven simple questions. This app uses the Generalized Anxiety Questionnaire (GAD-7), an empirically-based, self-test questionnaire. It is also sensitive for other anxiety disorders as well such as specific phobia, panic disorder, and social phobia.
