Auctm is a smart assistant that helps Agents focus on leads that need attention, creates AI-driven 'Playbooks' by recommending the best next step, and is constantly learning from the best agents in the office to drive newer agents to higher levels of productivity.The application helps agents monitor progress on key tasks, schedule and manage appointments, as well as check relevant details for leads on the go. It pulls data from the CRM to drive decision-making and sends back richer tagged data. Additionally, its voice-to-text feature helps agents dictate and save notes on the system.
Auctm empowers agents in the following manner:
1. Increased Productivity - With Auctm, agents can schedule and manage appointments add structured notes to leads, and follow-up via text, call or email. Users can add tasks, create customized action plans for leads, manage their deals, and keep track of how their projected revenue ties up with their goals.
2. Focus on important leads - Our AI-model scores leads on the basis of factors such as website activity, lead response rates on outbound communication, count of lead activities, and more. Post this, the suggested 'hot leads' are displayed on the home page daily, enabling agents to plan their follow-ups.
3. Automated data entry - Auctm helps agents reduce time spent on non-sales activities so that they can focus on engaging with prospects and closing more homes. It allows users to update lead stages in their pipeline, add audio notes based on conversations with prospects as well as update buyer requirements across fields such as timeframe, budget, payment type, and lender requirements.
