Audio Z is an elegant offline music and audio player.
Unique Playback Experience:
Play your favorite songs on your device with a tranquil color theme and animations. Control song playback outside of the app and even when the app closes with continuous playback. Changing songs, playing and pausing songs, repeating songs, and shuffling songs is all controllable from the lock screen notification for convenience.
Control Device Music and Audio:
View your music and audio files with options to view media files or all audio file types (recordings, etc.). Filter songs and audio less than a specified amount of seconds long to ensure small audio files are not filling up your songs list. Likewise, all audio can be enabled by disabling the filters to get a true sense of all the audio files on your device.
Create Portable Playlists:
Audio Z offers M3U formatted playlists. These playlists can be exported and shared. If porting music to a separate phone and all directories are kept the same, then the playlist can be imported onto the new device using Audio Z. Please ensure to export playlists before deleting the app if you want to keep the playlists!
Basic Headphone and Bluetooth Device Interaction:
Audio Z reacts to headphone disconnection events and Bluetooth device connection and disconnection events. When disconnecting from physical headphones or Bluetooth devices, songs are automatically paused so playback can be restarted at your convenience. The app has also been tested with Bluetooth car radios for previous song, next song, and play/pause functionality from a car radio controller. Please confirm in my contact information below if these features do not work on your device/car.
Powerful Metadata Viewer and Editor:
A new and unique way to view MP3 Metadata! View Metadata as you never have before with full transparency and detail of all ID3 tags based on the numerous ID3 specifications.
This initial release provides a full ID3v1 viewer as well as a partial ID3v2 and Lyrics3 MP3 Metadata viewer. ID3V1 (v1.0, v1.1, and v1.2 of ID3V1) are all editable and modifiable to the ID3V1 specification. ID3V1 Metadata tags can all be removed and added with ease to your MP3 files. Newer versions will target to be compatible to fully edit ID3V2 and Lyrics3 Metadata tags so you can personalize your individual music files even more!
Future Release Goals:
1. Image ID3V2 Album Art Edit/Addition to song files and integration into the player.
2. SYLT/USLT ID3V2 Lyrics & Lyrics3 editor and integration into the player.
3. M4A, Ogg, and other music file metadata support.
