Bootheel Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit community mental health center providing services in Southeast Missouri since 1976. We are an Administrative Agent for the Missouri Department of Mental Health. In 2013, Bootheel Behavioral Health received CARF (Commission on Accreditation Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation and in 2022 became certified as a CCBHO (Community Behavioral Health Organization). We serve the Missouri counties of Mississippi, New Madrid, Scott and Stoddard.
