“Sampark” is a comprehensive yet simple one point contact mechanism with the Market Conduct team across PAN-India.
It is a 4-in-1 work flow solution tool, where:
- Any employees can report an incident.
- All incident, grievances/claims investigation will be tracked, and closed on real time basis. “Most importantly, it will function parallel to the Legal and Compliance Portal (LCMP)”.
- Investigation Agencies can upload location photographs, collated evidence, and can tag location through Geo-tagging feature, leading to more qualitative reports.”
