The ANSI-accredited Responsible Cannabis Agent certificate program is based on Foundation of Cannabis Unified Standards (FOCUS) published health and safety standards.

This certificate program guides you to these training objectives.
o Expertise with FOCUS industry standards
o Knowledge of a Quality Management System (QMS) and key operational programs
o Basic awareness of the federal, state, and local laws that support cannabis-facility licensing
o Readiness to act in an operational role, as directed by cannabis facility management
o Competency with cannabis plants, compounds, products, and use

Here is what you do to complete the Certificate Program.
• Know how to use a browser or mobile device to access or download the Responsible Cannabis Agent certificate program.
• Valid personal identification to include name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. This information will be required for online proctoring.
• Payment of the program license fee. Payment is made within the certificate program app after you evaluate and confirm the certificate app features.
• A 'seat time' of approximately five to ten hours to learn, quiz, and complete the examination which evaluates your training outcome.
