The CDCR Wellness app is voluntary and provides confidential instant access to correctional wellness tools and resources for all CDCR, Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) and the Division of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) employees, families and retirees. The wellness app provides users free 24/7 access to information and resources regarding a full range of wellness tools, programs and services including Behavior Health Tools, Mindfulness, Psychological First Aid, Stress Management, Psycho-Social Education and much more.
To promote employee wellness, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) is proud to introduce a comprehensive, free and confidential Wellness app created specifically to address the mental and physical wellness needs of those who work in a correctional environment.
