Use strategic guesses and logic to deduce which letters are in the secret word. With each guess, the app tells you how many letters it shares with the secret word. Unlike Wordle, it does not tell you which ones or if they're in the right place, so this game poses quite the challenge. But that just makes it even more rewarding when you figure it out.
The classic Jotto game is played with words 5 letters long, but this app lets you play with words 4-7 letters long. Words are separated into 3 difficulty tiers based on how frequently they occur in normal English text.
Contains multiplayer in that if you solve a puzzle (or give up on solving a puzzle), you can challenge your friend to complete the same secret word faster or more efficiently than you.
The game works completely offline, no internet connection is required.
Recent changes:
Add high contrast mode. Some users have asked me to make the different colors easier to see, so I've added a high contrast mode which can be enabled from the pause menu. It basically gets rid of the "chalky" theme and just uses flat colors.
