• How can I login to the ClickNit app?
ClickNit uses secure login to authenticate users. We uses your mobile number and OTP to verify and login the user.

• How does the ClickNit know my address?
The ClickNit app uses your GPS to locate the areas/apartments near you. You can select the area/apartment you live in and enter your complete address.

• I could not locate my building. What shall I do?
Currently ClickNit operates in limited areas of Ahmedabad, but is expanding at a very high pace. You can show your interest, leave us your address and we would make sure the ClickNit comes to your rescue.

• How does my order gets delivered?
We start our deliveries every morning so, Your supplies would get delivered to you every day till 7 AM.

• How to pay for my bills?
We work in a prepaid system. You only have to maintain a sufficient positive balance in your ClickNit wallet and we will keep delivering the product to you. You can add money to the ClickNit wallet using multiple online payment options.
