CM Hotel App works in sync with the Customer Mobile App and the Program Website to provide an integrated and real time program management solution. Key features are:
1. Independent stand-alone audit proof solution without having to do a POS integration.
2. Role based access control at Outlet level with Single Sign On and easy to use Dashboard.
3. Reservation Master to set up open inventory with date / day and time blocks to enable online reservations.
4. Profile View of the customer to recognize them and provide them enhanced experiences based on their profile and transaction history.
5. Receive online reservations, enable preferences and special occasions to deliver member delight.
6. Benefit redemption management through OTP or QR code scan.
7. Receive and respond to Member feedback real time with escalation based on role.
8. Redemption Logs and reporting dashboards.
