You can now use our Helios mobile app to manage Cohesity clusters that are registered to the Cohesity Helios management portal:

Check on overall cluster health, storage consumed and top protected environments.
CLUSTERS
See a comprehensive list of all registered clusters, with details like software version, storage, data consumption trend, throughput, and IOPS.
ALERTS
Review all active alerts from the last 24 hours to review how your clusters are performing.
SUPPORT
Get a list of your support cases, with their Salesforce details.
NOTE: The Cohesity Helios mobile app requires an API key for your account. To generate it, log in to https://helios.cohesity.com/admin/helios-access-management/api-keys.

We continue to enhance the application.
With this update, you can now enable the Support Channel of a cluster from the mobile app, as long as you have admin privileges. This empowers you to coordinate remote troubleshooting by Cohesity Support staff even when you're away from the console.
This update also includes several visual enhancements.
