- Find a quiet place, sit and relax.
- Select the duration of your Meditation Session (for beginners we recommend to start with short duration).

- Breathe naturally but be conscious of your breath.
- Pay attention to the rise and fall of your Lungs while you breathe.
- Feel the sensation in your body as the air fills your nostrils and leave your body as you exhale.
- Let your thoughts pass. Don't try suppress your thoughts just watch them like a cloud passing by.
- Keep your focus on your breath and how it affects the movement of your Lungs.
- This exercise will help you Relax, stay Calm, be Mindful and improve your Mood.
Focus

- You will hear Droplet sound at different intervals throughout the meditation session.
- Count the droplets.
- At the end of the Session the App will show the total count of droplets.
- Regular practice will increase your focus and mindfulness.
- This exercise will train your Monkey Brain to Concentrate on one thing that You want it to Focus on, instead of jumping from branch to branch.

- Once you feel comfortable at your selected duration, increase the duration of your meditation session.
