Currently allows the user to read out vital signs of the cosinuss° Two in-ear sensor, switch its operational mode and perform updates.

* Update sensor in Broadcast Vitals mode directly
* Fixed Bluetooth dialog not showing in some situations
* Fixed that sensor seems disconnected during DFU
