This Application has all the features required for perfect management of the Car Bodyshop/ Workshop.
The application deals with the Management of Repairing cars, right from entry to exit. Generate queue time and working time reports. It has a team management feature along with Store management. it takes care for all the expenditures management.
Cosmic Autosoft was born out of one dealer’s frustration with legacy DMS providers and a commitment to upending the industry by prioritizing dealers over shareholders. Ever since we’ve continued to disrupt big DMS players by innovating and creating technology that helps dealerships grow with confidence.
The latest update includes two important features first the HR Management of employees working at the Car Bodyshop and second the Sales team management.
The location-based attendance system is an integral part of HR management. It Capture the location of an employee at the time of attendance.
Sales team management tracks the location of employees during sales visits and checks whether the employee covers the targeted business location or not. it improves the overall monitoring and increases sales productivity.
Both New modules use Google location API for tracking attendance and sales visits. Details of Modules is given below.
1) Attendance Tracking Module:
This module is responsible for tracking the attendance of salespersons and HR staff in real-time. It should have features for clocking in/out, leave requests, and tracking hours worked. Integration with biometric systems, RFID, or mobile GPS for accurate tracking. Generate reports for attendance, tardiness, and absences.
2) Sales Performance Tracking Module:
For salespersons, this module tracks their sales activities and performance metrics. Monitor sales targets, achievements, and incentives. Provide insights into sales trends and forecasts. Task Management Module:
Helps in assigning tasks to salespersons and HR staff. Track task completion status and deadlines. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
3) Leave Management Module:
Allows employees to request leaves and managers to approve or reject them. Tracks available leave balances and leave history. Automatically adjusts attendance records based on approved leaves.
4) HR Management Module:
Manages employee information, including personal details, contact information, and employment history. Handles recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling.
Manages employee performance evaluations and feedback.
5) Reporting and Analytics Module:
Develop mobile apps for easy access to attendance tracking, task management, and leave requests. Ensure compatibility with both Android and iOS platforms.
