Cosmic Encounter Race Selector

CERS is a utility app for the board game Cosmic Encounter, that helps you randomly choose alien races for the players. Using it, you can easily choose races according to criteria such as which expansions or complexity levels are in play without having to mix, unmix, or shuffle your flare cards, streamlining setup. You can even choose different settings for different players, if desired.
The app supports the Eon (1977), Mayfair (1991), Avalon Hill (2000) and Fantasy Flight Games (2008) versions of the game, and also supports user made content (by adding or editing files in the directory Android/data/ceutil.rs) for other versions, homebrew aliens, or even other games entirely.
