"Daily Calorie Balance PRO" is an app that helps you to lose weight. Charges your calories-in (food, drinks) against your calories-out (base consumption, activities).
FEATURES OF THE PRO VERSION:
The PRO version has all the features of the normal version. In addition, it has twice as many calorie entries. Besides that, with the PRO version you are able to easily create "menus" (= combinations of foods). For instance, if you eat the same breakfast every day, you can create a new menu "breakfast" and simply add that every morning.
GOAL FOR EFFECTIVE WEIGHT CONTROL:
Do not acquire more calories-in than calories-out at any time of day, e.g. never have the calorie balance (see screenshots) tilt to the left-hand side.
BASIC PRINCIPLE:
Only through controlled eating and sportive activities you can gain a lasting stability of weight on a lower level.
