Deathbench is one of the most popular programs for quickly improving your bench press by combining big weights and high volume. Created by Matt Disbrow (aka redditor /u/mdisbrow) and followed by powerlifters everywhere.
The program consists of 10 week cycles where you will train twice a week. It is ideal for anyone looking to increase their bench press, overcome a plateu or simply get bigger and stronger. There are two variants of this program, classic and tapered (to help prepare for a meet), both of which are included in this app.
This app will generate cycles for you based on your current one rep max and allow you to track your progress through each session and week. A full history of your completed cycles is stored and you can view your increasing bench press power on a graph.
Features:
- Easily create cycles
- Run both the classic and tapered versions of the program
- Use kilograms or pounds
- See the weight, sets and reps required for each session
- Track your sets as you progress through each session
- Check off each day and week of your cycle
- Stores all completed cycles so you can review progress over time
- See charts of your increasing bench press
