For existing customers 
1. Download the mobile banking app from Play store/App store
2. Open your app and enter your registered mobile number.
3. Select an account and authenticate it with Aadhaar details/Debit card details/IB credentials
4. Set-up MPIN & Biometric/Face Id for quick access
5. Login securely using MPIN 
 
For new customers
1. Download the mobile banking app from Play store/App store
2. Click on “Open Selfe Account” to open digital savings account
3. Provide your KYC and basic information to complete account opening process
4. Complete V-KYC for verification – Our agent will connect on video call to verify your KYC document
5. Your savings account will be set up and you can manage it directly through the mobile banking app.
