Recent changes:
Tank level increment now allowed by 0.1 steps for Gal and 1.0 for Litres.
Enabled use of Boostane or Torco as octane additive. Expanded Ethanol range to 100%. Some language translation enabled. Brought back ethanol amount selection for Gasoline and Ethanol fuels. Fixed bugs.
