RUNNING INJURY REHAB PLANS
The App guides you through each step of the injury rehab process for a seamless recovery.
Each rehab plan starts with easy, low-load exercises that gradually progress in intensity as your injury recovers.
Using your feedback after workouts, it provides clear advice on when to progress, maintain, or reduce the intensity of your exercises – helping you minimize flare-ups and keep on track with your recovery.
The plans end with an alternating run-and-walk program that gets you safely back into running.
