By combining data from services you already use, we can help you understand what makes you more happy, productive, and active.
Bring your activity from your phone or fitness tracker, and add other services like your calendar for greater context on what you're up to.
While the app is free, Exist for Android requires a PAID Exist account. You can sign up at https://exist.io. We recommend you check out the site and decide if you'd like to sign up before downloading the app. Go take a look!
Use our Android app to track whatever you like using custom tags and manual tracking. Add tags to each day to represent things like events, people you were with, and pain and illness symptoms. Create your own numeric data points for things like quantities, durations, and even use a 1-9 scale for things like your energy and stress levels. Rate your mood nightly with optional reminders. We'll find relationships in your data to tell you what activities and habits go together, and what makes you happier. Use it to understand symptom triggers, what affects your sleep, and what factors contribute to a productive day.
Exist works best when connected to other services — bring the data you already have by connecting any of these:
• Health Connect
• Fitbit
• Oura
• Misfit
• Withings
• Garmin
• Runkeeper
• Strava
• Apple Health
• RescueTime
• Todoist
• GitHub
• Toggl
• iCal Calendars (Google, Apple iCloud)
• Swarm by Foursquare
• Pocket
• Mastodon
• last.fm
• Weather from Apple Weather
Take Exist with you on your Android device and see all your metrics, wherever you are.
Your Exist account comes with a free 30-day trial, after which an account costs US$6/month. We ask for a credit card up-front, but we give you plenty of warning before your trial ends.

Recent changes:
This update ignores duplicate overlapping sleep records in Health Connect, fixing an issue caused by Ultrahuman. This shouldn't affect multiple sleep records with different times, e.g. when you also had a nap. Rest is important.
