Our Uber exit-like experience is a frictionless way for the hard work and efforts of 80M+ hourly employees to get the recognition and money they deserve. As customers, we get our favorite go-to list of the employees who treat us well so we can always get the service we deserve (not to mention, all the free stuff!).
