Calculate GRATUITY, PENSION AND Commutation of PENSION
Employees completed 5 years of service eligible for 'Retirement GRATUITY' and '10 years or more eligible for 'PENSION' and no minimum service length for gratuity in case of Death. This application calculates Gratuity with TWO FORMULAS, First as per Gratuity Act 1972 for central government employees and Second, for state government employees.

2. Stops wrong inputs and shows full formula of calculation in front screen.
3. Don't need to consult 'Commutation Table' for Commutation of Pension. It automatically takes the corresponding value as per Age on Retirement.
