The ID Easy app supports advisors in the distribution of Swiss Life products. Digital identification can be carried out with the identification documents during a personal consultation. The data of the identification document are read with the mobile device camera, then checked with the information from the consultation and transmitted to Swiss Life. The authenticated copy no longer has to be produced manually.
Recent changes:
• Compatibility with Apple iPhone 14 and iPhone 15: Fixed focus problems with the camera.
• Improved compatibility with devices from Huawei, Oppo and Xiaomi.
• Support for new ID documents such as the Swiss passport, Swiss ID card and driver's license.
• Support for all versions of the foreigner's identity card in plastic format (paper format is no longer supported).
• Redesign of the application: Enables simplified and faster navigation.
