It allows you to determine the level of a mobile network and the type of connection in places with unstable connection.

The application shows the connection type:
EDGE - slow internet
3G - can be passable to surf in the browser
HSPA - fast page loads
HSPA + - you can watch movies / video
LTE / 4G - excellent internet
