House Numbering: Users embark on a mission to number houses in a village, creating a systematic framework for healthcare interventions. This process lays the foundation for targeted and efficient health initiatives by uniquely identifying households.
Enumeration: Another user takes the reins in the Enumeration menu, gathering basic details about the families residing in the numbered houses. This step ensures that every family is accounted for, setting the stage for personalized healthcare interventions.
HHQ (Household Health Questionnaire): In this crucial menu, users conduct interviews with members of the enumerated houses. The HHQ captures essential health information, creating a comprehensive health profile for each household. Re-sampling: Building on the proactive nature of our app, Cohort includes a re-sampling menu. Users revisit the enumerated houses, re-interviewing members and posing additional questions from the HHQ.
