A cloud connected solution from Kidde Commercial to improve serviceability of FX & VS series fire control panels. This solution aims to reduce service costs through remote access of fire panels by enabling remote monitoring of events, reports, diagnostics via a web browser and mobile applications.

Recent changes:
This application shall be used by building owners, facility managers, building management teams, and service providers of the fire
panels installed in commercial buildings.
Remote connectivity to fire panels will help end-users, as described above, and fire service providers.
Login access shall be provided by service providers and there is no limit on the number of users that can have access to a panel.
