- Digital ID Card: Have your ID card handy right from your mobile device when you visit the dentist.
- My Profile: Quick and easy access to all your info, including plan information, dependents, effective dates, and more.
- Check Your Usage: See how you’re utilizing your dental plan and what types of treatments or limitations you have.
- Contact Us: Send an inquiry to our Member Services team.
- Security: The LIBERTY Dental app uses the latest security technology to protect your personal health information. You must register a new account to see the secured portion of the app and you will be automatically logged off after two minutes of inactivity.
