The "MEPCO LIGHT" mobile application is a step forward towards making electricity consumers able to access Billing Details and Information regarding Load Management Schedule and more at their finger tips. This Android based application also allows the electricity consumers to lodge, track complaints and apply for electricity new connection.

In this updated version, now users can re-open complaints if they are not satisfied with the resolution.
