The Mindfulness in Motion app will enhance your experience with mindfulness by providing on-the-go practices and reminders to truly be in the present moment. Start the program by establishing a baseline through a pre-program survey. Allow yourself to supplement your weekly session by choosing from over 20 practices and readings each week that focus on the theme of the week. Then, apply all that you have learned by answering a weekly reflection question that relates to the topic of the week. At the conclusion of the program, answer a post-program survey that reflects on your personal progress and the program as a whole.

The daily and weekly practices consist of gentle yoga or meditation with Dr. Maryanna Klatt, an exercise practice, and “A Mindful Moment” meditation that serves as a daily reminder to ground yourself. Practices range from 2-20 minutes and are designed for all levels of mindfulness training. With over 150 practices to choose from, we hope you will discover favorites that leave a positive impact on your day. You, your work, and each day matters!
