Mobile ZAC is fully supported with Zultys systems running MX version R17 and above. It allows remote and mobile employees to manage business communications while utilizing the same tools as Zultys Advanced Communicator (ZAC) and our browser-based Web ZAC.

• Video Conferences: Easily host or join a conference, whether it’s for a group or one-on-one. Choose from three different modes to match your preferences: Speaker, Grid, or Pin an individual user.
• Scheduled Conferences: Now users can view, join, and schedule conferences directly from the mobile app.
• Call Logs: You can view complete phone call records and review the call history. Easily find the exact information you need with new filter and sort options.
• Emojis: Elevate your conversations with native emojis.
• Call Attached Data: Accessing and completing Call Attached Data while on the go is now easier than ever.
• Retrieve Call: Move an active call from one device to another quickly and effortlessly. This feature gives you flexibility and an uninterrupted call experience.
• Agent Roles & Queue Monitor: Agent roles and queue monitor have now been added for call center functionality on the go.
