MRI Software’s Callmax Mobile App is a great companion to the Callmax Automated Communications website, providing access to many of the same great features right from your mobile device including the latest iPhone and iPad. Users can do a variety of tasks using the Callmax Mobile App:
- Listen to call recordings, view caller details, and take notes
- Return calls and respond to emergency page-outs
- Manage packages that are to be collected by and those to be delivered to the residents
- Speed-check (check-in and check-out packages) and manage resident notifications
- Manage maintenance and courtesy schedules
- Lone Worker Monitoring check in & out, and manage escalations
- View, search and edit users
- Refer to current greetings, announcements, and a varied FAQ
Callmax Mobile App is available to all MRI Callmax Automated Communications users at no additional charge.
Recent changes:
- the logo has been updated to align with the new MRI Agora design guidelines for a more consistent user experience across MRI’s digital products.
- The application has been updated to support Android 14. Users on this latest version of the Android operating system can now access and use the app seamlessly, ensuring compatibility and enhanced performance.
