This app is specifically designed to allow for a deeper relationship between the brewery and their customer base. This is accomplished via 7 main features that have been identified by breweries as the primary need.
1. Taplist-Rating: This provides the end user to create numerical and contextual feed back directly to the brewery for any listed product.
2. Loyalty Programs: This provides the brewery the ability to create loyalty cards within the application. Cards can be either visit based (QR Scan), or purchase based (driven by purchases from the app). Cards can be linked such that Card B requires graduation from Card A. Number of cards is not limited.
3. Taplist-Pours: This provides expanded information about beers that are on tap at any given moment. This feature allows the brewery to toggle on or off the ability for the end user to make pour purchases via the app.
4. Taplist-Take Out: This provides expanded information about beers available in take out packaging from the taproom. This feature allows the brewery to toggle on or off the ability for the end user to make take out purchases via the app.
5. Announcements: This provides the brewery the ability to make real time announcements about on premise and off premise events.
6. Merchandise: This provides expanded information about merchandise available in the taproom (hats, t-shirts, hoodies, etc.). This feature allows the brewery to toggle on or off the ability for the end user to make purchases via the app.
7. Commercial Distribution: 35 states allow breweries to self-distribute their products. This means can have dozens or even hundreds of distribution customers. This feature allows the brewery to enter distribution inventory, and allow distribution customers access via a special PIN code. Distribution customers can then purchase, inventory is automatically decremented, and the brewery is notified of the delivery requirement.
The app also includes and order history for the end user. This app represents months of feature refinement with brewery customers. This is the ability for a small independent brewer to compete directly with corporate mega brewers on the technology front.
