We take security seriously. Payments in MyPaynetics are processed by Paynetics, an EU licensed e-money institution that is a principal member of VISA and Mastercard. We have a bank-grade security system and our application has been certificated by Mastercard.
Payment services through the MyPaynetics app are provided by Paynetics AD - an electronic money company, holding a license issued by the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) with decision ā 44 of 11.04.2016. phyre AD is a provider of the MyPaynetics app and a representative of Paynetics AD, entered in the BNB register under Art. 19 of Payment Services and Payment systems Act.

Please notice that to install the MyPaynetics app you need to be using Android 6.0 or higher on your device.
You can order a physical MyPaynetics Mastercard for POS payments.
