MySymphony is the official android application of Symphony Mobiles, Bangladesh (https://symphony-mobile.com/) .
My Symphony app has been shipped as a preloaded app Symphony smart phones launched from 2019.However users of previously launched Symphony devices could install My Symphony application from Google Play.
MY SYMPHONY application encompasses several areas as –
Live Chat: The user of the My Symphony app can chat with a customer service agent. Customer service agents provide real-time solutions through this live chat option.
Feedback Form: User can share user experience through feedback. It also uses measurement tools regarding user satisfaction.
