Your health information within MyTeamCare is private and secure--it can only be accessed with the password you choose. To use the MyTeamCare app, you will need to receive an invitation or you can self-enroll. With the MyTeamCare app you can:
-Securely message your healthcare provider.
-Access your medication lists, allergies, immunizations, health issues, surgeries, procedures, health documents, and some test results.

Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.
