Gameplay changes and bug fixes :
- changed overdrive to hold the weapon swap button
- improved tutorial stability
- removed diving when out of overdrive mode
- added overdrive UI
- improved default level selection progression
- price adjusted for each upgrade level for weapons
- increased power for each weapon
- increased life for some enemies, especially the Boss
