With PAALKAR-பால்கார், you can satisfy all your daily & essential needs (milk, ghee, paneer, milk kova, country hen eggs, farm fresh honey, vegetables & fruits).Milk subscribers will be delivered with milk everyday and will also be able to order vegetables, fruits, honey, eggs and other products whenever they want. With the subscription you’ll be benefitted with not having to store food in the refrigerator as you’ll be receiving it fresh as soon as you order.
You can choose over varieties of native breed cows’ milk. We do not mix water; we are not freezing our milk. Milking is done by hands. Non-processed and Un-adulterated milk packaged in glass bottles. No hormone injection, no artificial insemination only natural impregnation. Our cows are fed with organic green fodder from our own farm, drink clean water and are untied for free grazing. The cows live their best lives in a happy and pleasant environment. They live under natural thatched roofed cow shed.
Native Breed Milk Benefits: Our native breed cow milk only has the original A2 Beta Casein Protein, rich Calcium, Omega 3 fatty acids. Due to the increase in demand we, the common people have shifted to A1 milk which was and still is available in large quantities than A2 milk. However, A2 is the purest form of milk produced by our native breed cows who are loved, nurtured and taken care of. A2 milk is equivalent to mothers’ milk. We can build a healthy and disease-free generation by drinking this milk. It has several health benefits and it’s not a threat for people with milk intolerance too. A2 is a healthier choice than regular A1 milk.
Health and hygiene: We clean our glass bottles with extreme health consciousness. It’s cleaned according to the best instructions. The bottles are completely ridden of residues with cold water and then cleaned with hot soapy water. The cows are regularly bathed and cleaned. The shed is cleaned and sanitized every day.
Vegetables and fruits are free of pesticides and other conventional method of growing plants. We practice organic and traditional farming techniques to make sure that the crops are healthy.
