Punjab mSewa Mobile App has been launched by Department of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of Punjab so that citizens can avail various services online. mSewa currently offers services from seven departments of Government of Punjab.
Further, the applicants can track the status of their applications. Nearest Sewa Kendras, School, Hospital, Police Stations can also be searched using this app.

SLA Phase 3 changes :
1. Updated survey questionnaire.(Addition/Removal/editing of questions.)
2. Update penalty calculation
3. Provision for multiple instance of same question.
4. Alert for pending question from previous survey.
5. Bug fixes.
