Qapter Mobile Inspection allows you to quickly scan a VIN, take photos, and comments to quickly generate a detailed line item estimate that you can view and finalize in Qapter Estimating. Qapter Mobile Inspection allows you to quickly generate a preliminary estimate at the car and can be used for multiple intake use cases (service, body shop, lease return, fleet management, etc).
Recent changes:
Easier Vehicle Selection: If your vehicle’s VIN can’t be scanned, you can now choose your vehicle manually.
Better Offline Alerts: The app will now clearly notify you when you're offline while creating a claim.
Seamless Uploads: Photos will keep uploading even if you switch apps or your phone screen turns off.
Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements: We’ve squashed some bugs and made the app run smoother.
