Whatever your mortgage goals, the RanLife online app will make the process of refinancing or getting a home loan easier and significantly faster than conventional methods. Our app offers a single application platform that you can access anytime to e-sign documents, link bank accounts, and securely upload files from your mobile device. You can work on the application for a bit, save your progress, and come back later to finish up. You can chat with a loan consultant as early in the process as you would like to ask questions or get more information. The process works like this:
First you create an account by entering your name, email, and a password. You’ll authorize a soft credit check that won’t affect your credit score by providing your current address, phone number, SSN, and DOB. Then you’ll enter your basic employment data and income information. Finish up by answering government questions about your citizenship. Once this part of the process is complete, you’ll be presented with a screen that allows you to choose your rate options and terms such as 30-, 20-, and 15-year fixed loans as well as a variety of adjustable rates to see which mortgage type is right for you. Once your basic information has been entered, the rest of the process will be personalized and change depending on the answers you provide. Documents you upload will include items requested from our automated underwriting system this may include some of the following items: personal tax returns, W2’s or 1099s, bank statements and proof of any child support or alimony payments.
