The mobile app is designed to allow technicians to provide resolutions to end users by getting the full picture of the issue at hand, collaborating with other technicians, providing required approvals, obtaining solutions directly from the knowledge base, and conversing with end users on the mobile app itself. The app even facilitates scanning and managing multiple assets simultaneously. Among other capabilities, it is also a great place to keep track of all announcements.
