Recent changes:
We’ve updated how pricing is calculated for products in quotes. Previously, the unit price was determined using the quantity of each individual product. Now, ServiceView sums the quantities of all products in the quote to calculate the unit price, ensuring more accurate and consistent pricing across the entire quote.
