This program teaches you how to box without any equipment, just shadowboxing!
Shadowboxing is a training methodology that requires you to visualize an opponent as you throw punches against the air. This type of training does not require you to use mitts, a heavy bag, a speed bag or any other type of equipment -- all you need is some space and a good imagination! Ideally, if you have access to a large mirror, you can use the mirror to evaluate your form and moves.
This program focuses on all of the major offensive techniques for punching and combinations. The program puts an emphasis on footwork drills, as well as throwing punches on the move. Also, the app utilizes additional exercises that will help get into boxing shape, developing all of the major muscle groups used in boxing.
This is the only boxing program that uses drills without any equipment so that you can develop pro offensive boxing skills!
