This app is designed to help users in various fields. It is built particularly to help business-owners to organize their own accounts privately and secretly. It does not require any experience in accounting.
The app provides the following services:
1. Cash flow registry: expenditures, earnings, income, and expenses
2. Management of creditors, customers, and debts
3. Full management of stock: identification and categorization of goods, recording incoming and outgoing invoices, inventory check, printing various stock reports.
4. Record of all types of invoices: sales, purchases, sales return, purchases return, start of period invoices, reconciliation invoices.
5. Record of granted and earned discounts on the invoices as well as the customers and suppliers accounts.
6. Full management of sales providing profit and loss reports for each item
7. If you are interested in total values of invoices and are not interested in inventory lists, the app allows you to record the total value of the invoices without the need for a detailed invoice. The invoice can be attached to a photo scan of the paper copy, if available.
