Slideshow Video Generator is a powerful tool designed to help you create slideshow videos from your images.
With dozens of visual transition effects to choose from, you can easily craft captivating videos. Customize the video dimensions, the duration for each image and transition, the Frames Per Second (FPS), as well as the CRF (Constant Rate Factor, related to image fidelity), to suit your preferences.
To create a video, select images from your device, make any necessary adjustments via the "Settings" button, and click "Generate Video". It's that simple !
The generated video is saved in a dedicated folder within the internal storage. At any time, you can copy the video to the Downloads folder in your device's external storage. To do this, go to the Videos tab, long-press the video thumbnail, and then select "Copy to Downloads".
To delete a video, go to the Videos tab, long-press the video thumbnail, and then select "Delete".
All parameters are optional, with default settings applied automatically. Video dimensions, for instance, are auto-calculated unless manually specified.
The app works entirely offline, so no internet connection is required.
Supported image formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .webp, .bmp, .tiff, .tif.
The total video length will depend on the number of images, their individual durations, and the transition time.
The scaling mechanism is a variation of the classic 'Fit Center' mode: Images are always fully visible and adjusted to fit either the horizontal or vertical edges, depending on their orientation. They are scaled up or down based on their original dimensions, while maintaining their aspect ratio. For enhanced visual consistency, a specific process is applied when all images share the same dimensions : If an image is in portrait mode, its side edges are automatically adjusted to match the specified width (1024 pixels maximum by default), and so that the image remains visible in its entirety, the height of the video is then adapted accordingly. The same adjustment is made for images in landscape mode.
If video generation fails, check the dimensions and file sizes of your images, as well as the durations, FPS and CRF. These different parameters are critical in terms of resource consumption.
Enjoy creating your perfect slideshow videos !
