Snapseek is an automated screenshot app designed for seamless background archiving of your selected apps. Once you specify which applications you wish to monitor, Snapseek tirelessly captures and employs OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on the visuals, providing you with an instant review of your usage history, much like a dashcam for your digital journey.
Snapseek is particularly beneficial for those moments when you've scrolled through a feed and stumbled upon something intriguing but forgot to bookmark it. It's the perfect tool to backtrack and uncover the information you once encountered but didn't save.
Privacy is paramount with Snapseek. Rest assured, all data is stored locally on your device, ensuring that only you have access to your browsing screenshots. Snapseek empowers users to maintain their privacy while providing the utility of effortlessly revisiting their digital footprint.
Starting from v1.1.0, we began to explore what interesting scenarios AI can do on Android. Currently we have supported fullscreen translation and keyboard extensions, more interesting features are under development.
**NOTE 1**
Snapseek needs the AccessibilityService API to take screenshots, you have to grant permission or it won't work. More information can be found at this link https://developer.android.com/reference/android/accessibilityservice/AccessibilityService#takeScreenshot(int,%20java.util.concurrent.Executor,%20android.accessibilityservice.AccessibilityService.TakeScreenshotCallback)
**NOTE 2**
Android may suspend AccessibilityService for a while, preventing app from calling API to take screenshots. Enabling foreground service ensures AccessibilityService always active. Users can decide whether to enable foreground service in app settings.
