Speed Overlay

Use the app to show your speed on top of other applications like navigation apps, that don't offer a native speed display.

In some automation tools you can now use a shortcut to easily "start", "stop" or "toggle" Speed Overlay (e.g. Automate).

Recent changes:
* Add experimental support for an elevation grade in percent
* Save overlay position independently for landscape and portrait orientation
* Support multiple displays and always show overlay on the display where the app was started
* Add toggle to disable resizing and re-organized settings
