3. Future Booking: Enables patients to schedule appointments in advance, selecting dates beyond the current day. This helps patients plan their visits and secure a spot with their preferred provider well ahead of time.
4. Move to Clinic Queue: Transfers appointments directly into the clinic’s active queue, ensuring that patients scheduled for the day are promptly added to the list of those waiting to be seen.
5. Cancel Appointment: Allows patients or clinic coordinators to cancel scheduled appointments, helping manage changes in availability and keeping the clinic’s schedule up-to-date.
